This Honduran coffee is a showcase of craftsmanship, sustainability, and flavour. Produced by Oscar Gonzalez—who brings over 30 years of experience to every lot—this coffee is carefully processed at his state-of-the-art mill in San Pedro Sula, established in 2020 to elevate quality across the region.

Sourced from more than 1,500 small producers in Santa Rosa, one of Honduras’ most celebrated coffee-growing areas, each lot is fully traceable from farm to cup. Coffees arrive daily during harvest season and are meticulously dried, sorted, and assessed to ensure exceptional quality. Only the best lots earn premiums, rewarding farmers for their dedication and encouraging continual improvement.

All coffees in this lot are certified organic, shade-grown at high altitude, hand-picked, and washed using traditional methods. Sustainable practices are at the heart of production, with water conservation techniques shared throughout the farming communities to protect the land for future harvests.

In the cup, this coffee is comforting yet vibrant—opening with bright notes of ripe apricot, followed by smooth chocolate malt sweetness, layered honeyed richness, and a lingering raisin-like finish. It’s a beautifully balanced expression of Honduran terroir and a testament to how far the country’s specialty coffee has come.
